payroll services for small business Mississauga
Payroll Services for Small Business in Mississauga
Keep employees paid accurately and on time while maintaining organized payroll records and meeting routine employer obligations.

Payroll is unforgiving. Late source deductions attract penalties, incorrect remittances create CRA correspondence, and a mistake on an employee's pay damages trust immediately. For most small businesses it is a recurring administrative burden with no upside for getting it right and real cost for getting it wrong.
Wall Tax Pro runs payroll for Mississauga and GTA employers: calculating pay and deductions, remitting to the CRA on schedule, and producing the year-end slips. Because we also maintain the bookkeeping and file the corporate return, payroll reconciles to the books without a separate exercise.

Frequently asked questions
How much do payroll services cost for a small business?
Pricing is normally a base monthly fee plus a per-employee amount, driven by how often you run payroll. We quote a fixed monthly fee once we know your employee count and pay frequency, with year-end T4 work included or quoted separately depending on the package.
What happens if a CRA remittance is late?
The CRA charges penalties on late source deductions, which escalate for repeat lateness, plus interest. Our service is built around remittance deadlines specifically because this is the most expensive payroll error a small business can make.
Do you handle T4s and Records of Employment?
Yes. T4s and the T4 Summary are prepared and filed at year end, and ROEs are issued whenever an employee's earnings are interrupted, which keeps their EI claim from being delayed.
Can you pay the owner of the corporation through payroll?
Yes, and for many owner-managed corporations a salary-and-dividend mix is worth planning deliberately. We can model the options alongside your corporate tax position before setting the payroll up.
We are hiring our first employee. What do we need?
You need a CRA payroll account, a completed TD1 from the employee, agreed pay terms and a remittance schedule. We handle the registration and setup so the first pay run is compliant.
Do you serve employers outside Mississauga?
Yes. We support employers across the GTA and Ontario, and payroll is run remotely regardless of where your office is located.
